Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas Sriwijaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 287 orang pegawai negeri sipil yang terdapat pada Universitas Sriwijaya dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 74 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kuesioner dengan membagikan kepada 74 orang pegawai yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi Universitas Sriwijaya untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai Universitas Sriwijaya agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Universitas Sriwijaya.
