Abstract

Decision making on employee performance appraisal on CV Kerabat Indo Jaya is a difficult thing to do because calculations are done manually with very many criteria and employees, which are not easy to do by company managers and can take a long time, especially if done alone without any carrying capacity. And managers are required to judge their performance subjectively according to company targets and schedules to support quality human resources. Therefore, an appraisal system is created, which is a decision support system that greatly assists the company in assessing its employees by assessing performance based on the competencies and jobdesks of each employee's position using the SMART method, which is a decision-making method that involves many criteria (multi criteria). By making this system the employee performance appraisal gets the results of alternative decisions with the best value will be more accurate and precise. In addition, with this system, data processing and search will be faster and easier for managers to provide rewards or punishments to employees.
