Abstract
Investor?s need some information to help making appropriate investment decision. When a company wants to borrow long-term funds from the community, this can be done by issuing long-term debt securities, called bonds. Stock is a proof of ownership of a company / business entity. If you have a stock, then become the owner of the company. These two things (bonds and stocks) can be a source of funding for a company, in this journal it is expected to know the differences between the two to make corporate funding decisions.
