Abstract
Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trand Musi is a mass public transportation service system to facilitate community activities and reduce congestion in the city of Palembang. Delay is a problem that is often complained by passengers where the delay is the departure scheduled that often postponed due to a reason. Therefore Total Delay Management is needed to find out the amount of delay at the end of the destination. This study discusses the Total Delay Management model in Trans Musi Corridor III BRT Plaju - PS Mall Terminal by using Trans Musi BRT departure data that passes 33 stops for the corridor of Plaju Terminal to PS Mall and 42 stops for PS Mall to Plaju Terminal. Based on the results of the minimum total delay for departure from Plaju Terminal to PS Mall is 50760 seconds and the minimum total delay for departure from PS Mall to Plaju Terminal is 69349 seconds.
