Abstract
This study aims to obtain a model and determine the selfish users and Cloud Radio Access Network (C-RAN) solutions into the internet network satisfaction measurement scheme for bandwidth consumption in a Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) optimization. C-RAN is a new development in the world of information technology. Cloud radio itself is cloud radio computing that uses exclusive base stations (BTS) that stand alone or centrally connected to cellular antennas to process signals and send them to the core network of radio antennas which the access process uses the internet. Meanwhile, selfish users are aiming at traffic management to maximize Quality of Service (QoS). In determining user satisfaction as a determinant, Quality of Experience (QoE) is used which focuses on the entire service experience and user experience. Internet pricing schemes and user satisfaction use data traffic hotspot 5 and traffic hotspot 6. The C-RAN model was formed by establishing initial consumption () and the maximum amount of bandwidth consumption (). For the selfish users model is formed by the amount of bandwidth consumption () and the device energy used by the user (). The model used was completed with the LINGO Program. Based on the analysis of the results of research on the C-RAN model and selfish users shows that the model can produce maximum solutions for case 1 and 2 .
