Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of satisfaction of teaching staff and education personnel towards the remuneration system implemented at Sriwijaya University as a Public Service Agency (BLU). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study the sample chosen was teaching staff and educational staff spread across 10 (ten) faculties and the Central Administration Office (KPA) at Sriwijaya University. The sample selection technique is using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with 345 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, and analyzed using the interpretation of the average percentage. The results of this study indicate that respondents agreed on the implementation of the remuneration system applied at the University, but there were still a number of things that were felt to still lack satisfaction related to the calculation of remuneration and time of delivery due to lack of socialization regarding the application of this remuneration.
