Abstract
This study aims to knowing the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment in employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah KCP 16 Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population numbered 38 people, using the census method, so that all 38 employees were made respondenst. The analysis technique that be used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the job satisfaction had a significant effect on commitment to Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah KCP 16 Palembang employees. For companies it is advisable to provide salary increases and benefits, opportunities for job promotions to employees with long years of service. With these effortsso that it can further increase employee job satisfaction.
