Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran organisasi mahasiswa “Pencinta Alam Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya” dalam penanaman etika lingkungan pada mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya Indralaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan atau narasumber dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data meliputi kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa peran organisasi mahasiswa “Pencinta Alam Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya” dalam penanaman etika lingkungan pada mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya Indralayadengan cara melesatrikan alam dengan menjalankan kode etik pencinta alam dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan yang sudah terlaksana melalui program kegiatan “Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya” bersih setiapseminggu sekali penataan sekretariat,menanam tanaman,danmembersihkan sampah. Ada juga kegiatan hari bumi dan lingkungan hidup dilakukan 1 tahun sekali dengan pembagian bibit pohon, seminar, lomba karya 3R (Reuse, Reduce dan Recyle), sosialisai pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Kata-kata kunci:Organisasi, Pencinta Alam Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya, Etika Lingkungan ABSTRACT This research was showed to know the student organization role of "Pencinta Alam Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya" in implantation of environmental ethics at FKIP students of Sriwijaya University Indralaya. Thisresearch used descriptive method with qualitative approach. This research used six informants. The data collection techniques used documentations, interviews and observations. The validity tests of the datainclude credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The data analysis techniques was used data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of the previous data analysis, it can be concluded that the student organization role of "Pencinta Alam Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya" in implantation of environmental ethics at FKIP students of Sriwijaya University in Indralaya by conserving the nature by running a ethick code of “Pencinta Alam”and keepthe environmental clean that has been carry out by anactivites program of Clean “Wahana Rimba Sriwijaya” every once of a week to plant crops and clean up trashes. There are earth day activities and the life environment that carry out every once of a year by planting trees, distributing seeds, seminars, 3R work competitions (Reuse, Reduce and Recyle), socializing about the importance of protecting the environment.
