Abstract

Supporting Decision System for Achieving Employees by Using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method in the Class 1 Navigation District of Palembang By Sesy Amelia 09031381419097 ABSTRACK Curently at Palembang Class 1 Navigation District, the employee evaluation system is working as it should with employee work guidelines, evaluating the implementation of the Palembang Class 1 Navigation District issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation and is still in force today. However, to be able to determine which employees are worthy of being said to be the best employees in Palembang Class 1 Navigation District, it cannot be seen only by racing employees workloa s or decision making reports on Palembang Class 1 Navigation District officials to determine which employees are best according to the assessment. The SAW method will be implemented into this Final, to calculate employee performance appraisal criteria whose overall results will be added up and ranked to get the best assessment employee data in Palembang Class 1 Navigation District.
