Abstract

The objective of this research are I) To know the function of management audit for human resource in relation of performance operational activity at PT. Bank Sumsel , 2) To analyze and discuss about the implementation of management audit for human resource at PT. Bank Sumsel. Research finding has shown that the performance of human resource function at PT. Bank Sumsel are working by effective , merely in some part , there is need improvement in training and development function , in which case , the management of company must give the training for the employee matching and suitable with employee necessary in performing operational activity. And the reporting of employee performance report proccdur must be working by effectively , the employee perfonnance report is the important part in analyze The performance of the employee after they got a training from the company. The effect of the efTectivity performance of all the human resource function will result the increasing of performnace and quaJity of human resource in the company.
