Abstract

The objektive of this study was to observe the effect of employee placement on performance at the Public health polytechnic department of dental nursing in Palembang. Public health polytechnic department of dental nursing in Palembang was used as the population and 30 respondents were chosen as samples by using probability sampling method. This study used simple linear regression analysis.. This study also showed that the valuw of R square was 0,300 which means the effect of employee replacement on performance was 30%, while 70% was affected by other independent variables which were not observed in this study. The results showed that the value of t-count was higher that t-table that is 3,468 > 1,697, which means employee placement partially affects performance.
