Abstract

The research entitled ”The Development of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Museum Collection Teaching Materials Based Flip Book Maker for History Subject Tenth Grade in Senior High School Number 1 Indralaya Utara”. This research has been conducted and applied in tenth grade science class of Senior High School Number 1 Indralaya Utara. This research is a development research which used ADDIE model. The objective of this research was to develop a valid teaching materials and has a effective impact. The validity teaching materials was assessed by three experts which were material expert, media expert, and learning design expert. Validity material scored 4,34 with very valid category, validity media scored 3,56 with valid category, and validity design learning scored 4,40 with very valid category. Pottential effect of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II museum collection teaching materials based flip book maker showed at increase of learning outcomes before and after used of teaching materials at the stage of field test trying out with 35,33 % and N-gain 0,64. This showed that Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II collection museum teaching materials based flip book maker was valid and effective.
