Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out of the learning outcome improvement from the fourth grader of SDN 24 Palembang in theme of Pahlawanku after applied Course Review Horay Model. This study uses class study method in three cycles. Every cycle steps included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data in this study are collected by test and observation. The subject of this study is students from class IVA of SDN 24 Palembang, which consists of 12 female students and 28 male students, with 40 students in total. Based on the study and result, the students' learning outcome showed improvement in their exhaustiveness percentage. On Cycle I, with total 23 students scored 75 or more with 62% of the percentage. Whereas on Cycle II number of students that scored 75 or more increase in to 30 students with 77% of the percentage. By the other hand, on Cycle III the number also get increase to 32 students with 86% of the percentage. From the observasion data of students learning activeness shows an increase. On Cycle I, classical class activity percentage is 68,33% in adequate category. Whereas on Cycle II there is significant percentage improvement to 76,66% in active category. And on Cycle III the percentage is increase to 81,77% in active category. Keywords: Course Review Horay Model, Learning outcome, Student Class Activity
