Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet truly affected many aspects of life, including the way of doing business. Ayam Potong Alamsyah store, so far, has not taken advantage of developmental information technology as one of the business strategies to promote, deliver information to the customer, expand the market networks, etc. These things make Ayam Potong Alamsyah Store is not exactly growth. Accordingly, this issue, to improve service, improve business and competitiveness, also big business opportunities of online transaction, Ayam Potong Alamsyah Store should take the advantages of development information technology, they should doing something to develop e-commerce. This developmental e-commerce using a User-Centered Design method that expected to more understanding about desire and user needed, because this method is making the user becomes the center of the developmental system also this system use framework phalcon. So in the future, the e-commerce system will exist on Toko Ayam Potong Alamsyah that based on the website with user-friendly display then make the user works be easy and match to desire and user needed.
