Abstract

This study aimed at testing and finding the influence of tax to book ratio and agency cost on the company’s performance. In this study, company’s performance was measured by Return On Asset (ROA).This study used secondary data from financial and annual report of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2018. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. Samples used in this study were 58 companies. Analysis methods applied in this study were both descriptive analysis and statistical analysis technique. The results showed that tax to book ratio and agency cost were significantly influenced on the company’s performance.
