Abstract

This research aimed to know and analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norms, motivation, labor market considerastion, financial reward for career as tax consultant on the accouting students of sriwijaya university. This research used 148 students from generation 2016, 2017, and 2018. This research used primary data that gave quotionnaire to students directly. This research was multiple linier regeneression. The result of this research showed there was not significant effect of attitude that value was 0,825 that meant it had negative effect. Subjective norms showed there was 0,041 that meant it had positive effect. Motivation showed there was effect that value was 0,004 that meant it had positive effect. Labor market consideration showed there was significant effect that value was 0,031 that meant it had positive effect. Financial reward showed there was significant effect that value was significant effect that value was 0,004 that meant it had positive effect.
