Abstract

PT. Bumi Mekar Hijau is a private company in the Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI) sector. The program that is run namely Village Makmur Cares for Fire (DMPA) aims to reduce and prevent forest fires that occur by providing long-term assistance to the community so as not to do more forest damage. Through this program, village facilitators are needed as facilitators for the program to run. The selection of village facilitators is still complicated because they have to select the village facilitator candidates one by one and compare the data of the village assistant candidates according to the criteria and the results of the tests carried out. Therefore, in this study, a decision support system was made using the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method as a method for performing automatic calculations that calculate criteria values to produce ranking order. The criteria used in this study are Interview, Psychology, GPA, Final Education, and Certificate. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system to recommend potential village counterparts to be accepted according to the criteria required by PT. Bumi Mekar Hijau.
