Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Equity (ROE) toward Price Earning Ratio (PER) in the sub-sector building construction that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study were 11 companies in the construction and building subsectors that registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method uses, Descriptive statistics, Classic assumption test, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study indicate that the variable Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) do not have a effect partially on Price Earning Ratio (PER). Return on Equity (ROE) partially effect on Price Earning Ratio (PER). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously impact on the Price Earning Ratio (PER) . In Coefficient of determination (R2) test it can be concluded that the ability of the variable independently in explaining the subscription variable is 42, 90%.
