Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of lecturers on students' achievement of management department students in the concentration of human resource management at Sriwijaya University. The population of this study are 61 students. This research uses the saturated sampling method by taking all the populations as respondents. Data analysis techniques are using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaire and using simple regression analysis method. The result of this study indicate that the quality of lecturers has a positive and significant effect on students' achievement of Management Department in the Concentration of Human Resource Management of 2016 Palembang Class Students at Sriwijaya University.
