Abstract

This research identifies the effect of antecedents of gender-based knowledge sharing behavior measured by the level of gender equality and Theory of Plan Behaviour. Using quantitative research methods, data collection using a questionnaire, a sample of 100 people were randomly selected from members of ISLAMICITY Indonesia.In data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling techniques and assisted by SmartPLS applications to test hypotheses. The results of this study are the factors of appreciation into influence in women bring up Knowledge Sharing Intentions and Individual Personality factors become the direct influence of women having Knowledge Sharing Behavior, gender inequality occurs in both of these factors.
