Abstract

Smartphone merupakan perangkat multifungsi yang sekarang menjadi sebuah kebutuhan khusus bagi masyarakat. Beberapa merk smartphone mengeluarkan beberapa varian dengan berbagai jenis, spesifikasi dan harga yang bervariasi. Beberapa spesfikasi tersebut antara lain: harga, cpu, ram, memori internal, kamera, dan baterai. Banyaknya pertimbangan tersebut dapat membuat calon pembeli kesulitan saat ingin memilih smartphone yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang mereka inginkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu calon pembeli memilih smartphone secara cepat dan efisien. Kombinasi metode yang dipakai adalah metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) dalam pembobotan dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk perangkingan smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan pengguna, kombinasi SMARTER dan TOPSIS menghasilkan nilai sebesar 81% dihitung dengan menggunakan skala Likert.
