Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE ON ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AT PT. PUPUK SRIWIJAYA PEMASARAN PUSRI DAERAH (PPD) LAMPUNG This research animed to determine the organizational structure on organizational effectiveness at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Pemasaran Pusri Daerah (PPD) Lampung. The pupulation in this research were implicated all employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Pemasaran Pusri Daerah (PPD) Lampung that in total 65 people and this sampling was using saturated sampling (census), thus the sample in this study was the employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Pemasaran Pusri Daerah (PPD) Lampung in total 65 people. The results also showed that in partial the organizational structure dimensional consisting of complexity, formalization, centralization and departementalization variables have a significant effect on organizational effectiveness. Complexity, formalization, centralization and departementalization variables to contribute to organizational effectiveness variable of 0.887 or 88,7% while the remaining 11,3% is contributed by other variables not included in this study.
