Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Fishery Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The population in this research is all employees in the fishery office of Ogan Ilir Regency, amounting to 44 people and sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data retrieval method used in this research is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The analytical techniques used are simple linear regression analyses. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that the job satisfaction is positive and significant to the employee's performance at the Fisheries office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is beneficial to the head of the fisheries Department of Ogan Ilir regency to improve employee's work satisfaction so that performance can also be improved.
