Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work load on employee performance in the pangkalan TNI AL in palembang city. The data used in this study are primary data, with a sample of 62 employees, using a sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with simple regression analysis. The results of this study are workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is recommended for the related parties to increase the workload optimally. This optimization must be seen in terms of the variety of work tasks, the volume of tasks and duty free needed as a means of improving employee performance.
