Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect Of Work Discipline On The Performance Of Secretariat Employees At The Public Works Service and Spatial Planning Office. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population used in this study is all secretariat staff in The Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Banyuasin Regency which is consisted of 40 people. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of secretariat employees at Public Works Service and Spatial Planning Office in Banyuasin Regency.
