Abstract
Palembang, the capital city of South Sumatra, is a city surrounded by Musi River and its tributaries so it is called Venice from east. The high tourism potential on the banks of the Musi River can motivate tourists to travel along the Musi River. This can support the realization of river cruises using mini cruises. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze tourist’s expectation and needs of mini cruise, grouping the nodes between the docks and the surrounding tourist objects using UCINET, and also to sorting dock and tourist attraction based on their rank priority using TOPSIS. From survey data and proceed with UCINET obtained where is the main departure of mini cruise which is Dermaga Point with most favorite tourism object Benteng Kuto Besak. Then the results of grouping the nodes between docks and nearest tourism object with TOPSIS are Dermaga point in top priority docks with 0,853 point and the lowest priorities is Dermaga Pulau Kemaro with 0,269 point. Planning amount of mini cruise needed for carrying travelers, assuming the average tourist is 1,5, hours namely 6 trip in one day the number of mini cruise. Needed are 5 mini cruises. From the results of the data processing, it will be found the priority facilities that must be developed to make mini cruise Palembang City come to realization. Then the results of the calculation and grouping of relation between dorks and tourism attraction will be prepared with the advice of Palembang City transportation experts.
