Abstract

This study entitled ”The Effect of Call On The Next Speaker Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in History Subjects in class X Senior High School number 1 Lempuing Jaya, Ogan Komering Ilir ”. The formulation in this study was to see whether there was an effect of the call on the next speaker learning model on student learning outcomes in history subjects. While the purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of implementing the call on the next speaker model on student learning outcomes in history subjects in class X Senior High School number 1 Lempuing Jaya, Ogan Komering Ilir. This research was conducted on March 2, 2020 until March 23, 2020. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental so that in practice it only used one class as the experimental class. The sample in this study was class X social science 1 using simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this study were the pretest and post test design tests. The prerequisite techniques for data analysis used in this study were the data normality test, the data homogeneity test and the data linearity test. Then, those were analyzed by using a simple regression test with a significant level of Fcount ≥ Ftable with a level of a = 0.05. The results of Fcount obtained 33.17 while looking for Ftable was consulted in table F and obtained F(0.05) (1.28) = 4.10. The results obtained Fcount ≥F table or 33.17 ≥ 4.10. Thus, the hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and (Ha) was accepted. Keywords : call on the next speaker learning model and learning outcomes.
