Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy of the Volunteer Corps (KSR) Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Sriwijaya University in fostering social awareness among students. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observation. The validity test of the data used includes credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and conformability test. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data collection. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the strategy of Korps Suka Rea (KSR) Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Sriwijaya University in fostering social awareness among students includes goals and objectives, internal abilities, and communication.
