Abstract

This study aims analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and solvability to dividend policy in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability which was proxied by Return On Assets, liquidity which was proxied by Current Ratio, solvability which was proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio and dividen policy which proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio. This research was conducted with quantitive methods, by retrieving data from all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling in this study used the Purposive Sampling method with the data obtained by as many as 18 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is regression using panel data with Eviews 10 program. The results showed that the Return On Assets is negative and had a significant effects on Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio did not had a significant effects on Dividend Payout Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio did not had a significantly effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.
