Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kegiatan penjualan pada perusahaan PT. Thamrin Brothers Lemabang mengenai efektivitas dan efisiensi perusahaan dalam mengelola penjualan yang terjadi serta memberikan usulan rekomendasi perbaikan mengenai bagian penjualan yang dianggap kurang efektif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aktivitas penjualan perusahaan PT. Thamrin Brothers Lemabang sudah cukup efektif dan efisien namun masih memiliki kekurangan seperti kesalahan dalam pencatatan faktur penjualan yang tidak diberi nomor urut, rangkap posisi kerja, penjualan yang belum prosedur serta kurangnya tenaga pada bagian penjualan produk perusahaan. Diharapkan dengan adanya audit manajemen ini, pengelolaan penjualan pada PT. Thamrin Brothers Lemabang dapat beijalan lebih baik. sesuai
