Abstract

There has been researching on digital multimeter based on Arduino microcontroller UNO. This multimeter uses several circuits namely the principle of divider circuit for voltage and resistance measurement, the capacitor charging principle to measure capacitance and use the ACS712-30T sensor for current measurement. The measurement values that occur on the LCD and in real time connected with Microsoft Excel are integrated with the PLX-DAQ software multimeter people connected to the computer using a USB cable. This multimeter can measure voltage with range 0 - 100V, current with range 0 - 5A, resistance with range 0 - 100kΩ, and capacitance with range 0 - 3300μF. This multimeter has accuracy, precision and accuracy in voltage measurement 0,27V, 99,847% and 99,660%, for current measurement 0,074A, 99,995% and 99,175%, for resistance measurement equal to 9,8Ω, 99,855% and 98,208%, and to measure capacitance of 1μF, 99.829% and 93.996%.
