Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect Of Financial Compensation On The Performance Of The Civil Servant Of The Jambi Luar Kota Sub-District Camat Office, Muaro Jambi Regency. The population in this study were all civil servant in the Jambi Luar Kota Sub-District Office using a cencus of 40 respondents. Data collection method used in this study was obtained from questionnaires. The analysis, it was found that Finansial Compensation had a positive and significant effect on the Civil Servants’ Performance Of The Jambi Luar Kota Sub-District Camat Office, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research is useful for all Civil Servants to Improve Performance so that The Compensation Received is Fair and Reasonable.
