Abstract

This research is based on the researcher's observation, that by conducting employee performance appraisal can make employees become enthusiastic and disciplined when working. This assessment also benefits managers to check attendance and employee data. The purpose of this research is to produce a Decision Support System for employee performance appraisal using the Weighted Product (WP)method which can provide information about employee performance appraisals to provide rankings for employees who perform their work by meeting predetermined criteria. The conclusion of the results of this study is that an employee performance appraisal application that uses a Decision Support System using the Weighted Product (WP) method can provide an efficient assessment and can make it easier for assessors to carry out these assessments, and can make employees more motivated by employee performance appraisals.
