Abstract

Donors are one of the important entities in a non-profit organization. Their presence is able to make an institution grow and develop properly. The Kampoeng Tauhiid Sriwijaya (KTS) Foundation is a foundation or institution engaged in the social, educational and economic empowerment of the ummah, this foundation has many donors and many types of donations channeled to this foundation that have not been recorded properly in the database. So that the number of donors from the year it was founded until 2019 is not known. CRM is a strategy used in the implementation of donor management information system. This study aimed to create a relationship management information system website for donors to keep donating constantly. CRM uses technology to organize, automate, and synchronize all business processes, not only on sales, on marketing, on customer service, but also on technical support. In applying CRM applications to achieve these goals, the Framework of Dynamic is used, which has acquisition, retention and expansion stages. CRM implementation using this dynamic framework can help the KTS Foundation in providing information and donation services to public or donors who will donate to KTS.
