Abstract

This paper is a study of the factors that affect the distribution of housing loans in Indonesia for the 2009-2019 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques where the variables IHPR, Interest Rate credit, GDP as the independent variable (X) and distribution of mortgages as the dependent variable (Y). The data used in this study is the quarterly time series from the 2009-2019 period. Based on the results of variable regression between the the distribution of housing loans IHPR, Interest rate credit, GDP, it is concluded that collectively the independent variables have a significant on the distribution of mortgage lending.
