Abstract

Kompetensi sangat berguna untuk membantu organisasi meningkatkan kineija karyawan agar dapat bersaing dengan organisasi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kineija karyawan hotel Feodora palembang. Pada penelitian ini indikator kompetensi yang dipakai terdiri dari motif, sikap, konsep diri, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 34,4%, sedangkan sisanya 65,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan oleh model. Kata kunci : kompetensi sumber daya manusia, kinerja karyawan
