Abstract
Cirzstuff Skincare Palembang is a medium-sized company engaged in the beauty industry. Cirzstuff Skincare Palembang is a provider of feminine care products and beauty tools located in Palembang. Cirzstuff Skincare Palembang started its business in 2016. According to the owner at the time, Palembang only has three competitors. However, in 2019 the number of competitors increased to seven. When marketing Cirzstuff skincare products, Palembang products still use the traditional way and provide offers through social media that information about the products sold is not widely known. Buyers should also go to the location immediately to look for the latest offers from Cirzstuff. Therefore, it is necessary to use the customer relationship management method to apply product knowledge and upsell strategy in The Cirzstuff skincare Palembang online store. Through this system, customers can know detailed information about the products they want to buy and can make sales transactions without having to go to Cirzstuff Skincare Palembang store. The results of the system research can expand the scope of sales and become a good promotional media and can provide better product information services to customers Cirzstuff Skincare Palembang.
