Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman tahun 2008-2013 di BEI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari 16 perusahaan, hanya diambil 10 perusahaan, karena memiliki laporan keuangan secara lengkap tahun 2008-2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dengan perhitungan SPSS yang dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (a) Earning Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham; (b) Return on Equity secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham; (c) Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan (d) Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci : Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, dan Debt to Equity Ratio dan Harga Saham.
