Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kineija keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini diwakili oleh harga saham, sedangkan variabel bebas terdiri current ratio, retum of equity\ debt to equity ratio, earning per share dan total asset turnover. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana populasi sebanyak 6 perusahaan dan hanya 5 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Periode pengamatan penelitian 6 tahun selama 2007-2012, kemudian data dianalisis dengan Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada dua variabel yang mempengaruhi harga saham yaitu current ratio dan earning per share, sementara retum of equity, debt to equity ratio dan total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh pada harga saham . Hasil uji tes Annova menunjukkan kinerja keuangan current ratio, retum of equity, debt to equity ratio, earning per share dan total asset turnover secara bersama mempengaruhi harga saham . Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rasio- rasio ini memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, yaitu 0,000. Kata kunci: current ratio, retum of equity, debt to equity ratio, earning per share, total asset turnover dan harga saham.
