Abstract
This study aims to determine teacher and lecturer perceptions of the implementation of the lecturer assigment to school (PDS) program in partner schools Palembang city. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population of this study amounted to 23 teachers and 21 lecturer. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling technique while for sampling using purposive sampling technique. In collecting data, researchers used documentation techniques, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the perceptions of teachers and lecturers on the implementation of the PDS program in partner schools Palembang City are positive. This can be proven by the average percentage of teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the PDS program in partner schools Palembang City, namely 90% and the perceptions of lecturers regarding the implementation of the PDS program in partner schools Palembang City, namely 84%. This means that teachers and lecturers give a positive response to the implementation of the PDS program in partner schools palembang City.
