Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan penyuluh lapangan KB terhadap produktivitas pelayanan KB di kota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode Sampling jenuh yaitu bila semua Populasi digunakan sebagai sampel oleh karena itu seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel sehingga didapatkan 40 orang responden penyuluh lapangan KB. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari kuisioner dan observasi. Sedangkan data skunder berupa catatancatatan Organisasi dan berisi tentang informasi Organisasi dalam hal ini Diklat Widiyaiswara BKKBN Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode linear sederhana. Data diproses melalui program Stastistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Versi 19.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas pelayanan KB di kota Palembang.
