Abstract
This research is based on the phenomenon of the students who are not able to manage themselves in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine self-regulation in learning in students in SMA Negeri 2 North Indralaya. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with survey technique. Data completion technique using questionnaire with Likert scale. Population and sample were 62 people selected with saturated sampling technique. Further data is analyzed using the percentage formula (%). The results of self-regulation study in students in SMA Negeri 2 North Indralaya showed the percentage of students who are categorized always, often, occasionally, rarely, and never self-regulation by 8%, 13%, 32% 36% and 11%. It can be concluded that the overall percentage of self-regulation in learning in students in SMA Negeri 2 North Indralaya included in the category less able to perform self-regulation dalmusi thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in achieving goals. This is seen in a rare percentage number and never has a percent more than 47%. From these results the researchers gave advice to BK teachers to be able to help students who are less able to do self-regulation in learning by providing guidance and counseling services such as providing group guidance, information services about self-regulation so that students can apply self-regulone in daily life days
