Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of using E-Samsat, tax bleaching, tax knowledge, and police operations on taxpayer compliance in paying Motor Vehicle Tax. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this research are quantitative data sourced from primary data collected through a survey method by using a questionnaire. The population in this research were motor vehicle taxpayers in Palembang City who used motorbikes and the sample in this research amounted to 120 poeple. This research analyzed data using data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical multiple linear regression assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test of all regression coefficients (F test) and partial regression coefficient significance test (T test). The results of this research indicate that the use of E-Samsat and tax knowledge has an effect on taxpayer compliance in paying Motor Vehicle Tax. Meanwhile, tax bleaching and police operations have no effect on taxpayer compliance in paying Motor Vehicle Tax.
