Abstract
This research aim to discover the impact of direct financial compensation toward the employees performance at PT. Pinago Utama Palembang. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approacbment. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data with the questionnary method as a method to collect the data. Sample was chosen based on census method with 36 people as respondents. This research used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression and t test (pertial test). The result of simple linear regression shows that The Compensation (X) has an impact toward the employee performance (Y) at PT. Pinago Utarna Palembang. The result of t test (partial test) , also stated that the X variable has a significant and positive impact toward Y variable.
