Abstract

Promotion has an important role as one of the company's growth movements. Bank Indonesia, South Sumatra Province, is one of the places that has an important function in serving the community, especially those in the province of South Sumatra. In selecting a managerial position, it is sometimes difficult to determine who is worthy of being a manager because of the many same criteria for appraising managerial positions and the absence of a system that has data modeling to support a decision support system. To minimize these constraints, we need a decision support system that can help decision makers analyze the promotion of managerial positions that deserve priority. One of the methods used is the weighted product (WP) method where the weighted product method is a multi-criteria decision-making method.
