Abstract
Currently Japanese food is in great demand by various people, especially in the city of Palembang, Japanese food is the target of everyone so that more and more Japanese restaurants are in the city of Palembang. The rapid development of Japanese restaurants has not been accompanied by significant technological developments, plus many consumers are still confused in choosing a Japanese restaurant, and need information to decide to visit the right Japanese restaurant. Decision Support System (DSS) is a solution to help recommend and can facilitate, smoothen the process of making an easy and precise decision with the target so that it becomes more accurate. The research process uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then it will be continued with rankings that can complete the best alternative from all the best alternatives. The alternative is a restaurant that has the criteria according to what the consumer wants, this ranking method can be expected to be right on the target value of the criteria and also the weights that have been provided so that it is expected to get very maximum and optimal results for the restaurant. Saat ini makanan Jepang sangat diminati oleh berbagai orang terutama dikota Palembang, makanan Jepang menjadi incaran pada setiap orang sehingga semakin banyak restoran Jepang yang ada di kota Palembang. Pesatnya perkembangan restoran Jepang belum diiringi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang signifikan tambah lagi banyaknya konsumen yang masih merasa bingung dalam memilih restoran Jepang, dan membutuhkan informasi untuk memutuskan mengunjungi restoran Jepang yang tepat. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan suatu solusi untuk membantu merekomendasikan dan dapat memudahkan, memperlancar dalam proses pengambilan sebuah keputusan yang mudah dan tepat dengan sasaran sehingga menjadi lebih akurat. proses penelitian menggunakan metode Simple additive Weighting (SAW) dikarenakan dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk tiap atribut, lalu akan dilanjut dengan perankingan yang dapat menyelesaikan alternatif terbaik dari seluruh alternatif terbaik. Alternatifnya ialah restoran yang mempunyai kriteria-kriteria sesuai dengan yang diingin konsumen tersebut, metode perangkingan ini dapat diharap agar tepat pada sasaran nilai kriteria dan juga bobot yang telah disediakan hingga diharapkan mendapat hasil yang sangat maksimal dan optimal terhadap restoran tersebut.
