Abstract

The design of a building must calculate the effects of the earthquake. BSN has updated the regulations from SNI 1726-2012 to SNI 1726-2019. Dr. Hospital Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja which planning uses SNI 1726-2012. This study to determine the performance of the hospital against earthquake forces based on SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019, comparison against regulations changes, and comparing the beam column design against each regulation. The method of this research is to model the Dr. Ibnu Sutowo hospital according the building data that has been obtained in 3D using ETABS then analysis using the dynamic response spectrum method. The results of the analysis are the base shear, displacement, drift story, and result beam column design. The results of analysis show an increase of the basic shear 20.147% for the dynamic base shear force and 6.055% for the static base shear force in SNI 1726-2019. The displacement of each level increases by 20% for the X direction and Y direction in SNI 1726-2019, drift story due the regulations of SNI 1726-2012 and on the 3rd and 4th floors does uncompatible with the regulations of SNI 1726-2019.The result of comparison beam column design there are 15 overtressed column in SNI 1726-2019.
