Abstract
This study was aimed at determining the effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency. There were 53 people taken as the sample and was chosen using saturated sampling. The data collection method used in this study was primary data obtained from a questionnaire. Simple linear regression analysis was used as the technique for analyzing the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is useful for the Head of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency to increase employee job satisfaction so that their performance can also be improved.
