Abstract

This research was conducted in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum and Penataan Ruang Kota Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of performance allowances on the effectiveness of employees in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum and Penataan Ruang Kota Palembang. The population in this study are all employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum and Penataan Ruang Kota Palembang. The number of samples determined using slovin formula and sampling techniques in this study is proposional random sampling, obtained samples as many as 64 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires with likert measurement scale. This research uses simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that performance allowances have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum and Penataan Ruang Kota Palembang.
