Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect oflearning videoscribe learning media on students learning outcomes in economics class X social studies at SMA Negeri 2 Sarolangun. This research is a experimental study, using a Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study were all students of class X IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Sarolangun. The research sample used cluster random sampling, so that class X IPS 1 was selected as the experimental class consisting of 34 students. Data collection techniques that used are tests and observations. The hypothesis uses parametric statistics, namely t-test, so that the results of the study obtained a tcount of 28.8 where t count > t table = 28.8 > 1.325 then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the videoscribe learning media on the learning outcomes of students in the economics subject of class X Social Studies at SMA Negeri 2 Sarolangun.
